Freedom Planet 2 on WIIU this possible port?

hello everyone, I was thinking about this, freedom planet 2 for pc came out, and its minimum requirements are lower than those of sonic mania, remembering that sonic mania has a very good port for WIIU, the question is will it be possible someday anyone porting freedom planet 2 from pc to wiiu? look at the minimum requirements comparing one with the other.

Sonic mania pc:
Minimum requirements:

Operating System: Windows 7.
Processor: Pentium 4 1.6GHz.
Memory: 2 GB of RAM.
Video card: DirectX 9.0c.
DirectX: Version 9.0c.
Storage: 400 MB available space.
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card.

Freedom planet 2 pc:

Minimums:
Operating System: Windows XP SP2+
Processor: SSE2 instruction set support
Memory: 256 MB of RAM
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Disk Space: Requires 3 GB of free space
