Nobody can know that yet because nobody knows what was fixed. But if Thefl0w's exploit still works, we should see that towards the end of the year.

Change your wifi settings and put the hankaku dns (212.47.229.76) as both the primary and secondary dns

I'm still on 3.60 enso, spoofed to whatever the one before this update was. Hopefully no one gets banned, only game I play online on vita is call of duty & Sony better not be banning anyone.
Gonna leave it on the shelf a few more weeks before playing

No, the Spoofing in HENkaku only blocks updates.
