Normally I am getting 40-50 fps but when moving fps drops to 10-15. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Right, that indicates a CPU bottleneck. If either your CPU or GPU shows 100% use then that means you're not going to get any more performance out of either in the current configurationZelda Botw 100% CPU
