This is still very much work in progress, so there isn't a public vpk. But you could always compile it for yourself and test it out at his Github.

It'll probably take a decently long time for it to be mostly playable, but I absolutely love seeing the vita getting ds emulation.

nice, although i have an r4 cart, but it's still nice to know the vita is still getting some love in 2018/19
still wish there was an actual n64 emu for vita and not psp/adrenaline because some roms tend to just annoying to run, lag or sometimes straight out not booting lol

All N64 emulation is still pretty crappy, unfortunately. The thing about old Nintendo stuff is that it was fairly, I don't wanna say advanced, but it's hard to put it another way. The NES, SNES, and N64 were kind of "throughput" devices. The console did most of the heavy lifting, but a lot of the really neat sh*t was handled through the cart itself. The way the consoles were designed, if a developer wanted to do something the console itself wasn't necessarily made for, they'd add an addition chipset onto the board in the cart. Like the 3DFX chip for Starfox. And while that was super cool for people playing the games, it adds several different wrinkles for folks who want to emulate them. Emulating hardware is difficult enough, but when you factor in all the other random stuff that they were able to do by adding things to the cartridge, it just compounds issues exponentially.
I guess the good thing about the last few console generations is that they don't really do that anymore. Hard to stick a custom chip on a Blu-ray or what essentially amounts to an SD card. The hardest thing nowadays is just having something powerful enough to run games at good speeds, and PC equipment has kind of hit a plateau (or at least a less steep ramp up) in advancement. We're sadly not in the halcyon days of the Pentium chip and all that it did for the computing industry as a whole, but once the next technological leap hits the consumer market, I can guarantee a boom in more recent console emulation. Especially considering architecture for newer devices comes closer and closer to PC architecture with every generation.
