So I am trying to buy (2) SKY3DS+ cards from NDS-card.com and they dont seem to be accepting orders via PayPal or something. Also, the free shipping option was no option at all when I was checking out on their site. My question is are they still a "trusted reseller" or should I look elsewhere?

No legitimate flashcart seller will accept paypal. Any that do are scamming you, as Paypal gets more money from Nintendo to delete the accounts of flashcart sellers than they get from commission on flashcarts.

Ironically, this would be the one product where paypal is the less safe option.

HongKong Air Mail (No Tracking#) (Shipping cost: $0.00)
I believe $0.00 qualifies as free.

The way these sites accept PayPal seems rather fishy at best, but it's the way they have to function. What usually happens is you checkout without actually entering any payment information aside from your email address, and they'll send you an invoice externally with the correct amount to pay. At least I know that's how some sites operate. I have no specific experience with NDS-Card to speak of, but I doubt Temp would promote them if they were shady dealers.
