Format is certainly FAT32. I was asked to do this because it wasn't being picked up on the vWii.

When your PC can't read it formatting failed obviously, so format it again. Guiformat should see it even while beeing unallocated.

//EDIT: And if that fails, too, use a Y-Cable when connecting the disc to your PC, too.

Check if Ustealth can detect the drive first. I think the drive got corrupted somehow.
From this screenshot would you say it's there?
