PSP demos and such, sure, PSX games no as they're not actually run in PSP mode, they're run in their own PS1emu.

But this method is very, very outdated. We now have a method to both activate and install a DRM free PSP demo all from one Vita homebrew. At this point, anyone with a Vita can install Adrenaline without having to use any package installer/PS3.

Can I still activate a 3.60/Henkaku Vita ? Perhaps transfer a game I bought on PSN to it?

Like I said, you can use that homebrew to activate your Vita without having to use any other device.
