Sure.
I'll probably make a Discord server for this for simplicity's sake. Either public or judges-only, IDK yet, but it would make something like this easy to manage (among other things).

• Free a Divine Beast in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!
• Defeat the first boss in Metroid!

stuff like that.

On Retroarch, you can turn on "Hardcore mode" which basically disables all fast forward, rewinding, save states and cheats. Just a heads up

Like I said, being a judge still allows you to submit your runs, you just can't verify your own.
