Banks don't submit suspicious activity reports to the Treasury for people who are setting up normal direct deposits to their checking accounts from their employers. They do it because they believe there is money laundering taking place.

One also does not create 20 shell companies to hide legal activity.

Hunter has said in emails and text messages that he pays all of Joe's expenses from money he received from China, Russia and Ukraine.
