I think my xbox account has been corrupted for the following reasons:
1.) I can't download the profile
2.) On signing in to xbox.com my other accounts show a gamer pic, my profile does not. Instead, a blue outline of a face and shoulders is shown.
3.) I can't give the profile a new parent account.
I can sign into the profile still but I can't access live for reason #3. Because of this I can't do a license transfer to a new account. How can I move my things from this bugged account to another or recover this profile? Thank you!
