Easy money. Epic pays for like ten million copies of the game in exchange for one year exclusivity, and then Squeenix still gets to enjoy the bulk of sales coming from Steam later.

Probably poorly. It might be impressive for its size, but it's still running integrated graphics and a low power SoC. If it can't run semi recent games at anything more than low/mid graphics don't expect it to run new AAA titles at all.
