Hacking PS Vita TV - Keeps freezing on boot or starting apps

Getting back into the Vita scene, found AutoPlugin and went ham on getting plugins.

Can anyone tell me if theres broken/incompatible plugins in the list below (Autoplugin, Plugins Are All Up to Date):
Adrenaline (fix double touch)
ds4vita
FuckPSSE
LOLIcon
NoNpDRM
NoPsmDRM
NoPSMWhitelist
PSMPatch
reFOOD
Repatch
TropHAX
TurboPad
VGi
Vitacheat
VitaGrafix

I have all these installed in Vita TV and it freezes on boot and I need to hard reset to get back to homescreen, where it freezes again. I did at one point get into a game and it was working till I exited, froze.
Assumed this was an issue with Home, but I get the same freeze issue opening Vitashell.
ur0 config.txt holds all.
ux0 is SD2Vita configured with default Storage Mngr

I am able to get everything working fine with the bare essentials:
stroragemgr
ds4vita
nonpdrm
repatch
adrenaline_kernel

PSTV is 3.60 Henkaku

I tried the exact same on my 3.65 Henk PS Vita 2k and worse! it killed Vitashell and Molecule, had to PSVIMGtools push in vitashell and molecule to get back to functional.

EDIT:
Further Testing, narrowed it down to ioplus and kuio. Any plugin that add this seems to cause the freezing on restart.
