Isn't every smartphone that accept otg cable!
It still needs Xhci, failOverflow already said someone could make it to android, but the phone needs to have XHCI which are mostly only fairly recent and powerful devices...

Older ones like my android devices probably need the patch on the kernel to be able to use its usb 2.0... But I won't root my current phone or tablet as they have all I need already. Xperia Z2 already have DS4 support + official sony remote and my Nvidia Shield Tablet already has the controller mapping built-in + internal storage for M-SD...

Just saw this on my twitter feed. I guess this will require a USB C to micro USB cable, rather than the traditional cable you get.
More android phones are coming out with usb c. Mine has type c and I also have a usb c to usb c cable, and a usb c otg cable.

my phone supports otg, but I don't feel like getting my hopes up at this yet. certainly would be much more convenient than the pc linux thing though.
anyone wants to venture a guess if this will work with any and all micro usb to usb c converter cables? since not all usb c cables work for the pc solution either.

I will at some point launch a Fusee payload... from another Switch. If nothing else just to prove it can be done. Anywhere you can get an XHCI controller, a Linux kernel, and root access, you can do it.
